So... I started this back when Nessa was revealed for Sword and Shield, I just could never finish it, and halfway down the line, I started to dislike what I did. I felt as if I made a mistake somewhere. and as such, I lost motivation to finish this piece. I at least put some color and detail. so I hope folks get some enjoyment out of it anyway. I would like to Revisit Nessa at some point in some capacity, she is arguably tied for my first favorite pokemon human character design. next to Flannery.
