Actually, this kind of cosplay is not too unusual in the military. I remember my dad (U.S. Navy) for a fundraiser once dressed as a cop, went with his "partner" around base "arresting" people (recruits & officers), and locking them in a "prison" cell (made of 2x4's painted grey with PVC pipe bars). Their friends and family then had to pay several dollars (it varied depending on their rank) to "bail" them out!
All the "bail" money was donated to charity.

Interesting way of putting it, yet is still a bit gentle, I would have tied him in a way that no ropes directly contact the nappy area, stuff him with lax, diaper him, force feed him with a "green bottle" (the milk with diuretic) and let 'im be for enough time to look all messy. That's what I would have done if it wasn't from my too high level of niceness with others

At this point, he has nothing on her, and she has proof of a blackmail attempt. Seems like the ball is in Star's court now.

The only thing left is to hit the 100-mark. Also, Martin has been working on it for 3 comic days (a reasonable amount of time to have enough leverage in a counter-attack against Marellis, plus Star's evidence)

Marellis don't revealed to anyone on the base Star is on the abdl world, so the blackmail was not use but still a damocles sword above the kitty head. Then, the charity party is the perfect cover in case if Manda, Martin and the abdl communauty want to interfere and save Star, because Marellis can say they are guest of the charity or manipulate Manda because Star is too shy and proud to say her truth.

I remember Manda said something to Star long time ago, if she don't want to do something, she can don't do it because she don't need to force herself (or something like this). Star have really need all her friends now, even if I don't know or imagine how they can help her.
