As a vegetarian species the Stag do not hunt, however this doesn't mean they don't know their way around a bow or fieldcraft. All stag settlements have a standing garrison of archers to supplement the more rare paladins Most are trained in the heavy long bows specialized for long range, powerful, shots. There are, however, some more skilled with shortbows whom are tasked with patrolling the borders of the ancient unicorn groves.
