Thank you!! I think i drew his ears a little bigger than i usually do here. Using refs from the Three Musketeers made me realise i love how they drew him, especially his ears! Gonna try to incorporate some attributes into my own stuff next.

It reminds me that I was inspired by house of mouses! not only goofy is good looking and expressive in there, but also animating look really lifelike. the rest of movies are great too ofc. anyway, I'm excited about your next work ;D

He is! So many different looks for our boy. Do you prefer Pete as a silly villain or an evil one? I'm not sure which I prefer, but I liked how in the Three Musketeers he was both!

Either pete is good with me. actually I haven't imagined about "true" evil pete before but mickey's christmas carol changed my mind. I watched this yesterday, for the first time! (even though I was born in '90s) I couldn't take my eyes off that mysterious ghost and never did. still remember moment he kept smoking, or pointed at scrooge's grave with no talking. then I started to be in desperate need of red hooded pete contents. (...thus I wish you would draw him with marley down the road! don't feel pressured tho)

can't even stress enough how absolutely cute capt.pete is.
in a goofy movie, I felt impressive when he told the true to goofy.
sometimes I'm thinking why he did. might be because pete just wanted to make their situations a little worse by way of a joke and see how they are going.

Yeah I love how in a Goofy Movie he seemed mostly sincere when he pointed out Max didn't respect Goof and was lying to him- but I also love that there's an undercurrent of Pete being jealous and wanting to prove he's the best dad. Really layered and nuanced for the movie about Goofy lol. I also love how Pete is so flashy and luxury loving compared to the humble and modest Goof <3

That's cool!! we could keep doing art trade after I get some rest enough. in fact... yesterday I tripped over something I still don't know what it was- after then I've have muscle pain till now. that's why I'm sick in bed....it really sucks X(

Aww likewise! yeah, fun is the main objective :) I hate being rushed as well, sometimes people don't understand that you don't have time to draw, or aren't a machine that makes drawings. I want drawing to be my happy place to go to, where the act of drawing it is the main pleasure, don't wanna get into trying to grind out art every day just to please people. Hope its the same for you!

Most of the time its people who never follow me or give any of my art a like- they just want me to draw something they can get off to and then they disappear. There is one guy I'm getting kind of fed up with cos he just cares about getting stuff, it doesn't seem like he cares about my art particularly... it sucks.

From now on I'm gonna do nice trades with nice peeps like you and disregard anything else haha.

Oh gosh so many reasons why he's great! Gotta make a list:

* He's in it a lot and gets lots of screentime, which is unusual for poor Pete
* Looks real cute
* Has the peg leg which is a nice callback to classic Pete
* Has a SONG!!
* Is extra fat here and looks good to cuddle
* Is very funny but also tries to murder people
* Moustache
* That picture he has hanging in his lair where he's the king and has Minnie in a cage is amazing
* Good minions in the form of the Beagle Boys and Clarabelle
* Spot on Pete combo of vanity and bravado
