I believe spiders don't even have ears, at least in the sense with an ear drum that we do. They can detect sounds using the hairs on their legs. But I'm sure anthro versions of spiders probably have different biology at work. Anyway, gadget gifts I find are always difficult since not too many things fall in the "reasonable gift price" and "practical techy gadget" range.
