A thing I tried out. Basically, the wing's membranes are controlled by a surface deform modifier and simple, single-sheet meshes, along with stretch-to bones. It's pretty rough, but should sufficiently show how it works, allowing for a fairly large range of movement without the two layers of the wing membrane clipping into each other and not requiring to apply cloth dynamics to the membranes, as those would be quite taxing to simulate on a more detailed mesh.
