it may look like it, but the Sylveon head isn't the dominant one. There's no such thing as a "dominant head" on this thing.
Each of its heads takes turns controlling the body by just rolling themselves over so the head who wants control is upright.
It's even just as comfortable walking backwards as it is forwards, so the "tail" heads can also have a turn.
