I swear I know that's based on, but I forgot the name
All I know is that on the second panel, he's supposed to be larger and buffer and on the third panel he's supposed to run similar to Officer Earl with glowing eyes

Wo wee... I still never realize the evolver Ray is still presented in the crash series. Nice take that how Pura got bipedal. Nice comic here.
