Last week I wanted to try a new craft, and got kinda of obsessed with it for a little bit. My flames have subsided! I made a lovely vixen doll, who's a little over a foot high and has a wireframe for slight poseability. I had no design for this, and just kinda kept adding as I went a long.
My first needlefelt project! I wanted to wow myself XD And I think I succeeded!
What is needlefelting? Well one specialty barbed needle stabbing. Over and over again through wool (or similar natural fiber) causes felt! Just look it up on google ;P
She took about 3-4 days, and I will open very soon for ONE commission. (it'll be on auction!) I can't make these cheaply yet, but it was very fun to try!

It's soooo easy to learn! I watched a lot of tutorials on you tube too. Wool is sorta cheap, usually only 3-5 bucks, the needles get upwards of 8-9$ish with shipping, and you'd need a block of foam to stab into. Hahah I stabbed my fingers a little since I wasn't being careful XD But it was great fun!
