What a nightmare it must be to be forever pregnant. A lifelong host to a massive parasite staining your skin and compressing your organs, a lump of flesh swimming in it's own urine, eating your food and manipulating your hormones, never to be removed, never to be free, never to be born or see the face of its mother. Your own child, never to be known, as close as any two beings can be, yet utterly, completely separate.

Thanks. I don't mean this sort of thing as a commendation of this or that it's bad or anything like that. More just that it made me think huh, that situation would probably kinda suck if it was actually a thing, and not a sweet picture of a character in a world where all that stuff I wrote isn't a thing, and is obviously having a great time too.
