(Not) the most wonderful time
Here's to those of us for whom this is not the most wonderful time of the year.
Let's watch Hogfather and try to get through the holidays.
(Because Christmas is only worthwhile if Death is saving it, TBH)
If you happen to go out, we'll be able to go out without hearing religious/Christmas music again soon.
In case anyone is wondering, I'm whistling "The 12 Days After Christmas"

I know the feeling.
To be brutally honest, I celebrate xmas for the sake of my son (who loves the holiday) and as an excuse to send gifts, which I love to do.
This time of year is brutally hard for me, but I push through it and look towards the new year.
I'm glad to hear you're keeping positive through this. :)
(Also, I need to watch Hogfather. I've read the book but haven't seen the movie yet.)

Yeah, my sisters are younger, and they love the holidays. And I love giving gifts. Everything else just has so much baggage. ^^;; We've almost made it, though! 11 days to the new year!
Also, if you haven't seen it, Hogfather is amazing. Obviously it's not a perfect adaptation, but it's really charming, as Terry Pratchett's Death should be.
