Bio: Always looking at the bright side of things, Julie would always have a smile on her face, even with the double terrors known as her little siblings. Born and raised in Celadon City, Julie knew how to brighten everyone’s day as she passed. She wasn’t much of a battler, but she did find battling to be a good way to exercise and to learn how to use her ‘wings’. Upon receiving a letter saying she was accepted to PCA, a fair amount of Psychic mon were to be found smiling all day. Figure-wise, she is somewhat hourglassy, having a slightly bigger booty than chest.

Battle tactics: Being a dual-type, more importantly, a flying-type, Julie takes to the air and bombards her opponent with attacks as much as she can before she inevitably crash lands due to lack of practice with her ‘wings’. Even then, she’ll keep her distance and bombard her opponents, or at least until she gains some physical moves. She especially freaks if she goes against an ice-type on the field. When it comes to her having to be defensive, she’ll use her ‘wings’ to give her a quick boost of movement to put more distance between her and her opponent.
