MEEP! This is my last OC I did created, by using a classical model of a latias, I created by myself this female OC that I really love! ^w^

Fripouille is a latias, with amphibic properties! She's always enjoying doing jokes and hate violence.

It took me 3 days to do this drawing, you can laugh at me, I do admit it's a pathetic performance, but I do love what I done and regret nothing!
