I am taking a bit of a hint from 
marmelmm in posting something up from the past. In this case, the story is from July of 2007. Yes, I have been on here for a long long time.
The story is from the book (written entirely in here - and this story was a Thursday Prompt) 'Scanectity Skunk'.
Scanectity is an old friend whom I haven't visited with in far too long a time. The occasion is the First Snow Festival. Victoria Skunk has hatched a plan to get her old boyfriend back, but being he is quite smitten with Lucy Cat, he is very resistant.
In Scanectity's Valley lies The Whackadoodle Inn, where in resides my heart.
