Heehee. ^^ Funnily enough I was thinking about that question last night. As a writer, I'd say the answer is generally "yes" -- I have to feel a scene to be able to write it, and so for erotic scenes I need to feel at least a little erotic excitement. Just not so much that it gets in the way of organising words!
