I don't know if you made those little changes in his look on purpose, in his ears (now he has his ears turned a bit backwards. Maybe it's not accurate with regard to his species, but it looks cute. And at least I like the new shape), for example, or in his hair (more spikey, slightly less detailed), but I really like how he turned out here.

BTW, I don't think I've seen anyone improve as fast as you. Even though I really like your older stuff too, you've come a long way in a very short time, that's remarkable. Seems like you're not a huge fan of drawing backgrounds though, but it's not very uncommon. XD

I don’t know if I’ll ever be completely satisfied with them x3 Even when I drawing Nate I felt that something was missing, and I realized that he really needed a proper tail.
I guess I’m trying to go one step at a time. Trying to make certain things habitual so I won’t have to spend as much time getting them right. I never studied how to draw properly and I tend to have trouble with perspectives. It’s slow, but at least I’m having fun xD. I think at some point I’ll start working on backgrounds, but for now I’m trying to focus on bodies and proper sizes.
Although, I have to say, it feels heartwarming to hear that it’s noticeable, and I really appreciate the motivation you’ve given me! <3

It's not just noticable, it's impressive. Omg, I'm blind! Nate's tail looks so natural, made me believe he always had one. XD
