So that's what I saw a few years back. I was down in FL visiting family and in an abandoned lot there was one of these. The grasses were so over grown I could only make out a general shape and this matches exactly to what my memory is telling me I saw.
I want one now, wouldn't mind the E-series hauler it's sitting on either.
