thanks, and the dry ice thing is really just Dez using an idea used in "Serene" my upcoming comic. One of the main characters you meet later in the comic has a smoking habit, eventually he tries to kick the habit but just can't keep a cigarette out of his mouth so develops the Dry ice Cigs to still have the feeling of smoking mentally basically. Also another reason for the character's dry ice idea is because one of his inventions uses dry ice.

All in all, "Serene" is a very in depth story with lots of minor details such as that added just to feed my creative mind.

Nice...I've never seen dry ice utilized that way before. If that's really possible to do that IRL, I bet I could use something like that next year for April Fool's Day and freak out my parents when I show up with a 'cigarette' in my mouth with 'smoke' flowing out of it.

Thing is, I like to plan things out to be at least semi-realistic when it comes to things like this. Hell, in my comic i literally changed a whole saga (about 60 chapters) just because i didn't like one part htat was unrealistic. Lol so yes this would be possible, just highly expensive. Dry ice itself is very dangerous to the touch and expensive, let alone the costs of getting it cut so small. Also you'd have to get a very thick, very strong plastic to put as a sealant over that and also would need a way for your saliva or for water to touch the ice to trigger the so called fog.

I see. Still, it seems like a pretty nifty idea :) (albeit the costs and hazards of handling dry ice).

Nah, too dangerous. Dry ice (from what i've heard) can burn skin clear off. Its like that cold. Kinda like uhh, liquid nitrogen or whatever that freezing shit is that one spray can freeze your body

Yeah you can, but then again surely someone can perfection your idea?
I mean. Maybe it has to be a little less cold (yes you can get 3rd degree burns of ice. Funny eh? Something so cold it burns?) or something that is chew resistant :P


But one spray won't freeze the body. A consistant spray of liquid nitrogen -will- eventually freeze the body, but it won't happen in an instant though. They also use that stuff to freeze of warts n shit.

Well point is that it'd be a huge expense just to make a cool lil idea like that lol. But who knows, maybe if one day i'm rich from dance and art i'll make some of the random ideas i have come to life.
