i just saw this flick a few days ago and tons of fun it is! i recognized Burn Gorman (Gottlieb) from "The Expanse" season four where he played the sociopathic private security chief Adolphus Murtry. Checking his IMDb he's also in "Enola Holmes" which i'll prolly watch in a couple weeks. Charlie Day was also great fun as Newt - the pair playing up all this classic 1930 SF pulp magazine/1950s SF movies "scientist" shtick (prolly some anime references as well). Anyhoo, great drawing - i recognized them immediately, the caricatures, the mood, and adds wonderfully to the story line about who these guys are and their relationship once they become friends.
