Hello everyone,
Well, I'm getting Rygon's body ready so that I can get him ready to make his debut in his very own cartoon series. Here is a screenshot of Rygon's body that I'm still working on.

Like the model so far ") buthows ya storyboards and synopsis going? :) alota self proclaimed rookie animators claim they have big ideas they make a model or 2 then suddenly give up when the find out whats involved in the overall animation process building the moodels is apart of the middle process of; pre-production, production then post production. Doing characters right off the bat helps with practicing to model however most forget about/dismiss the other %90 of the work hence why then just suddenly stop.
Im not saying that your not gonna do it all but be warned that 3D animation requires ALOT of persistance and dedication.

Got a little skit ready to show off the first little episode. I have a few other little episodes ready for him and his evil brother. I agree with you on a lot of what you said. Most people just make two models and quits. I'm making two for now and get them ready for a debut on their for episode of their show. This is going to be almost like a Wile E. Coyote type cartoon. No talking in it at all. If later on down the road, I might make a little movie with two of the dragons in a long adventure.
Agreed with comment, making the models does take good effort and I am in the learning stages of the animation department of 3d work and yea it depends where you see yourself working. So far...3d rigging sounds like the hardest thing to get a hold of learning^^; Anyway, your model is looking good so far :) Your keeping quads fairly well and you have good edge flow so far. Keep at it!^^
Thank you so much. I do agree that 3D work is hard to get the hang of and work with. I've learned this program myself with some tutorials. For me learning this program on my own, I think I'm doing great with it. I'm no expert with this program, but I wanted to make something in 3D for fun and this will be my first 3D project that I have completed.
I know that you need a lot of patience in working in 3D too. Some people think that it's so easy to do and when they try it, they give it. I'm the type of person who just keeps going till I think it's perfect.
I do agree with both of you with the whole 3D projects. The other thing is that people should have the passion in working with the stuff.
