Most animals, except dogs, just like me to begin with. there a very common snake around my area. So are Cotton mouth, a plain old water snake(gotta watch them, they don't like you getting close), Scarlett king snakes, garter snakes and a rough green snake. two more i can;t think of the name of. I blame it on the area, loads of wildlife ^^
