I was going to post a photo of the plain furred head after being shaved down but there wasn't like a huge difference so I just kept working on it. Here she is with her mouth done and her whiskers installed - they are very long right now but I will cut them down after the nose is on, to whatever length looks best. You can't see her top buck teeth in this photo but they are there. :) The oddly-shaped piece of paper on the table in front of her is the pattern for the nose, so you can see what it's gonna look like. I am going to try to cast it in peach-colored latex, wish me luck. ;)

So anyways the mouth and tongue are both fun foam; the tongue was curled slightly and glued in two places so it stays "humped" in the center. There is a lip made of a strip of black fun foam with a bead of hotglue down the center and folded over, glued under the edge of the dark pink piece before that was glued to the inside jaw. The teeth are Sculpey, half ivory and half translucent mixed together.

The whiskers are 50-lb fishing line, heated by passing over a hot stove to straighten. I may redo the side you're looking at here because I installed them at too low an angle, the other side looks much better.
