Finally decided to make a serious canine character. This is Corvax.

Corvax is the son of the chief of a wolf pack known as "The Clan of Rushing River". As son of the chief he is designated to be the head hunter, but he has no desire to kill. He has the ability to communicate with the trees, plants, and mountains. He blames himself for the accidental death of his brother, Kuaylu.

The greenish markings are NOT fur patterns. They are his warpaint. Without them he's just a grey wolf.
