Moomin - One's kinda creepy --
I drew this mostly to just visualize how I seen both Snufkin's lol
Here's a little bit I had posted on my Patreon when I first shared this:
I didn't grow up with the 90's version, I only became familiar with it during the Moomin boom of last year, which led to me watching it eventually.
2019 Moominvalley Snufkin is the first Snufkin I was introduced to, again because of the Moomin boom, it's like when someone asks who your favorite Doctor is, and with me it was who I watched first. It's Ten for me btw lol
I adore 2019 Snufkin, he's very relatable and has the sweetest voice, he's much more emotional and feels more human.
But when I watch 90's Snufkin he's very aloof and comes off as too stoic, he has his moments of attachment and kindness but- I guess he's more dominating than his recent iteration.
I love both but I guess I have more of an attachment to 2019 Snufkin, aww, his voice.
It's all rather lovely, I'm only sorry I didn't have a chance to enjoy Moomin in the 90's.

I love my 90s, Spiderman 3 looking Snufkin xD That is the first thing that came to mind when I saw them side by side haha. But yeah, hard to compare them, I am on the very opposite end where I grew up on the 90s version and couldn't accept the new version since he is so different in voice and attitude, and the designs are too soft looking for me. I will eventually give the new show another go to see if I can get into it more x3
