So Louis is trying to get Legosi to be a little bit more assertive. So he set up a meeting between him and Opa, knowing full well Opa would be interested in him. Legosi agreed to go along with it to show Louis he was able to be assertive and dominant. The look on Opa's face seems to say he's failing at that... So Opa decided to 1) show the younger wolf what dominance truly is and 2) Punish Louis for wasting his time with this wishy-washy, albeit gorgeous, wolf.
