the green guy is the guy who runs the Factory where Sephiroth and the others are being held prisoner's

here Dilandau was told to do some mopping up around the Factory but he lost his tempter and started to make a mess of things because he's sick and tired of doing nothing but cleaning

the Factory man show up and tells him he'd better do what he it told unless he wants something really bad to happen to him of corse Dilandau mouths off at him telling him to get lost

of cores this just makes things worse

just what could it be that he has planed for Dilandau if he doesn't start listening
