Story:

"Raishin, formerly known as Swiftpaw in life, died as a feral Eevee, when he was helping his brother Flashfang escape from a Houndoom in a ruined abandoned city during a thunderstorm. Flashfang’s hind paw slipped and got caught in a crack in the pavement, and in the process of freeing it, Raishin was kicked accidentally into the metal flagpole behind him, right when lightning struck it. During ascension, a phenomenon occurred, as while he was transformed from full feral to mostly anthro, he also evolved from Eevee to Jolteon. Now he wield sais as his weapon of choice."

Ezmeralda's Notes:

"Raishin is a yellow Jolteon Star Warrior who died when they were electrocuted. Their cosmic flow must've been affected in a big way because according to what some other people say, they didn't use to be this spiky! It's a process called "evolving" apparently
Raishin is able to use his electric sais to act as a lightning rod. Normally a thunder star warrior would not be strong against its own element, but with his power this is a big exception, the more thunder he is able to channel, the stronger he can be which eventually allows him to throw glowing electric spikes called "pin missiles" according to him.

Raishin will be added to the Virgula faction."

Gaia's Notes:

"Raishin has a huge fear to their own element, its odd since most of this would be gone after ascension, this doesn't seem to be the case, they probably need counselling. As an addendum, their change of form was due to a natural process their species goes through. The electricity he felt before death really sparked his evolution."
