Perhaps the most interesting thing about an Applin Pokemorph is that they are too large to fit within an apple. Instead, an Applin Morph will feel an intense need to look for and bond with an apple that they keep with them for comfort. The apple doesn’t serve any protection at all, but seems to calm them down. Apples are also something they find themselves eating a lot.

This particular young gal is named Roisin. Roisin lived on an apple orchard within the Galar region. One day as she was walking through the farm with her Herdier, the dog Pokemon picked up the scent of an intruder and rushed off. It turned out that a Team Union Grunt, who had been sent off to spread Pokemorphs in a different region, was skulking about the orchard.

The Grunt took off running once the Herdier began chasing them, and in the process dropped their morph gun. The Herdier’s foot stepped onto the gun and accidentally shot off a sampling of catalyst that hit a following Roisin, turning her into an Applin morph.

At the very least, the girl was lucky she lived on an apple farm. Though she did gain a bit of self-consciousness in regards to her new eyes, and the lack of legs was a strange feeling.
