Hurray for ordinary Sculpey. <3

I had a splurge of personal ambition today - I'd been browsing sculpted works and became inspired to try my hand at sculpting something nice (rather than a low-detail keychain ornament). I started off with an aluminum foil ball and worked my way up with layers an basic shapes. Lots of layers. And lots of smoothing with various makeshift tools and my own fingers.

Anyway, while the sculpt isn't perfect (it's rather uneven and lopsided in a few areas), I found it too cute, and for some reason, found myself nosing its nose because of how cute it was... xD; I plan on painting it and possibly posting a video of me doing that sometime soon - if I can either get my higher-quality digital camera found and working or get a decent viewing-point for my low-quality webcam. These pictures were taken with just that, so I needed to fix them a bit in photoshop to be less blurry and decent (and so your eyes don't explode while looking at them).

...I really don't know what I'm going to use this sculpture for. Probably Monopoly.
