A traveller and roamer, Arthur Harker is known as an alchemist with quite the ingenuity. He is no master and is not unnaturally gifted, he is simply creative and knows his fair share. Now the things that stand out about him is that he created an alchemical poison capable of causing people to hallucinate wildly about their worse fear, this poison is very well coveted by the inhabitants of Necrakobia, having given him the name of Fear Maker. The next one is his skin colour, a bleached white, something that few know the true reason of why...some say it was an experiment gone wrong, others say his body has been exposed to the elements, others say he was born weird, the truth is not known.
Traveling from Necrakobia's dark lands, the the searing sands of Theotan, to the swampy marshes of Metros and the unforgiving cold of Agrus, Arthur Harker has taken the life of a merchant and crafter, always moving and always supplying people with potions, poisons, trinkets, odds and ends, that sort of thing.
