When
jurblefazz showed me a clip from a STAY TUNED movie, I find it interesting that the segment was animated by Chuck Jones himself. When I saw the mouse version of Helen, I found her cute that way. In fact, I got inspired to do this picture.
Suppose there's an alternate take during the part when Roy Knable tries to get those donuts from the kitchen table. Way before the robot cat for a mouse exterminator came in to chase after them.
He had a wacky idea when he was looking at his own wife. In no time at all, just out of nowhere, a bike pump appeared when he reached behind his bike. This made the mouse delighted. "I don't know how the hell it got behind me, but I'm loving it!" Roy commented with a big smile.
While Helen was trying to figure out how to get out of this cartoon, she failed to feel the hose being inserted into her turtleneck sweater. Roy begins to pump with incredible speed. That's when Helen felt herself being airborne.
She looked around, seeing herself going higher and higher. As her sweater inflated, Helen realized that her own husband was doing this. Making that sarcastic smile, she remarked, "Roy, I swear to God, if you're getting into cartoons too much..." "Oh, come on, Helen!" Roy insisted while pumping more. "This is the best way to get those donuts from the table!"
"You and your addiction..." She commented, getting close to the table.
You know, in cartoons, most of them do tend to backfire. If that robotic cat shows upright in the middle of this, they're in deep ECLAIR CREAM!
Characters belong to Morgan Creek Entertainment and Warner Brothers
