These is my nurgley prince called "Prince of Black Rot" and his main weapon is a gaint Manreaper and also can use Plague Breath. Just something I wanted to draw, I know Nurgle all about fatness and decay but I wanted to draw a variant to the fat one.

I think that nurgle about bloaty but not all of his followers will turn out fat. I think whatever disease they harbor should reflect their appearance, aka my prince is the carrier of the "Black Rot" which destroys the mascular systems and becomes very skeletal due to the disease makes the person puke anything that they have tried to eat.
