Turns out Wendy wanted powers to defeat the villain Chaos-Borne so she turned to Ivo where he agreed to help her by transferring apart of his negative powers onto Wendy where she defeated Chaos-Borne and joined the Legacy X. All apart of Ivo's plan for his escape.
