As you all know, we lost Marcus Love (aka Marcus the Hedgehog) last week. Since then, I've met a bunch of his other friends. They were right about one thing, it seems as if I've been hit the hardest from his death since I've known him the longest.

At first I denied the news, thinking that the diagnosis was wrong, hoping I'd get a message back saying he woke up. I ended up going to work on Saturday angry. Angry at the world. Angry at my job. I even yelled at the sky, "I hate you, God!" I actually told God that I hated him! After work and the days after I started saying to myself that I should have talked to Marcus sooner. Last time we talked was November 18th. If he had told me he was having breathing problems I wouldn't demanded him to see a doctor... I was saying stuff like that.

Then I decided to draw this picture. The SECOND it was done... I... fucking... LOST IT! I brawled like a baby right here at the computer desk for several long minutes!

I just hope that this bring me, and all of you, some comfort. We'll all miss you, Marcus. You were the greatest friend anyone could have asked for. I hope you can see this work I've done for you and when it's MY time to go, I'll see you again.

But for now... rest easy, hero.
