yeah.....but that sort of move would have future consequences....they better hope Teo does not use the swords against them for that move.

When he released Teo, he believed that he could cooperate, but the result was different.

so its basically going down to a low level was their last resort. while i beleive that there may be consequences, they can minimize the risk by promising Teo no harm and explain their motives for finding the swords. If Obelieotep is that determined to find the swords, he must have some sort of high motive to do so.
