It’s been a while since I drew the best video game mad scientist in all of gaming - Klungo. If I go for too long without drawing Klungo, I lose my ability to draw art. That's the arcane contract that I have signed.
But to be fair, he really is the best character in Banjo-Kazooie. He certainly has the best redemption arc.
To explain some details in this picture really fast:
*Klungo's nose used to be a human nose, much like how the rest of him used to be a human body.
*Klungo has some vestigial red hairs hanging on. He used to be a redhead.
*His skin color can be best described as "uneven".
*His number of fingers and toes can be best described as "being in flux". He used to have ten fingers and ten toes but that number has been reduced over the years.
He really needs to buy a new lab coat, but he refuses to. Klungo actually has multiple pieces of clothing, all stitched together monstrosities of other, smaller clothes from back when he was smaller and less monster-shaped, but the lab coat has become his favorite piece, just because it's certainly the most convenient. Shoes are hard if the amount of toes you have are in a constant flux, and anything with buttons is now impossible now that his hands are makeshift bludgeoning tools, but the lab coat? With him through thick and thin, even as he goes from working in a laboratory far away in a bayou to being employed by a rhyming witch.
