Part of a both figurative and literal pet project of Solstice: Making a bunch of modified Vaporeon to keep in a gigantic fish tank located in her office.
Scylla was modified to be a Vaporeon-Gyarados hybrid, having both the elegance of a Vaporeon and raging fury of a Gyarados.
