Ogma, in story, is delivered by the healer, Dian Cecht. Ogma is Ollathair's blood son, and incarnate brother. In mythology, Ogma gave Ogam (the first kinds of writing in the Celtic world) to men (an example is seen on the stone beside him, though I'm sure mine is very sloppy as compared to what Ogam should look like).
