I get the feeling he can walk unsettlingly fast even like that. However running is out of the question, as well as... jumping. Indoors, that is. But yeah, it'd look quite awkward regardless!
(Oh, I use openCanvas and MS Paint for most of my stuff, but sometimes I use Photoshop too. The scribbles at the top were drawn in MSN.)
