This is therapeutic. I received a nasty comment in dA wherein the woman said all my furry stuff has no place in that site and hardly considered art. I proceeded to block her, because her only intention is to elicit an argument. I have no aptitude for such things ...

Sorry for cutting in like this, but you forgot to mention all the terribly annoying "Artist Nude" photos that swarm the place, once I was searching for a "Lazy" for pose ideas, and you won't believe how many, erm, man hoods appeared in the results, seriously, there's more genitalia there than on FA.
great body.making as always
but it's really rude, that a women from DA is so mean to say that drawings like you do isn't art.
send me the link to her, I'm seriusly gonna bang her of comments that she need a psycology to recover after what I'm gonna talk to her!!!!
I have a DA accoun, so I wouldn't mind if you also could send a link to your accoun there =)

Reminds me of a dumb dA experience I had:
One time I left a comment to someone that had a stamp that was supposed to be a pro LGBT thing. It said, "I'm sorry, but I just don't believe love has a gender".
I tried to explain that delivering her opinion in those words probably wasn't what she was aiming for. She responded by saying I would never bring down the meaning of that dA stamp for her, and then blocked me. What a chump.

I'm afraid that any form of intolerance is popping around everywhere lately... Popping around at politics, popping around at religion, and even popping around at arts... Well, at arts there have always been foul-mouthed-people, professional critics or not...
However, and I don't care if this keep sounding like a common place or not for critics.., NOBODY of us has a better choice that keep being ourselves at what we are and at what we better do, no matter what happens... because, in my own opinion, our very own honesty, driven by our love to what we are and what we better do, is the most healthy and fulfilling way of life of all... And I'm glad you're aware that the best thing is keeping being yourself, Tommy X3.
A Fav!! =^_^= By the way, Thomas Black keep being an outstanding "role model" .

You should've just given her a tongue-in-cheek snark or something to that effect. I know I should've done the same when a muslim woman accused me of disrespect when I tried drawing the hijab a different way; I just ignored her.
That said, her insignificant opinion to you absolutely pales in comparison to the hundreds of people who accuse another DA member of various things when he painted a very very gay version of various bible figures riding a prettied up Ark while Fred Phelps and his fellow faghaters are drowning in a raging flood. And this is the same painter who seems to like painting with his pants literally down.

he's lookin' good here, and always love the presentation of your pieces. people generally get a power trip online because of the anonymity the internet gives, and can be rather thoughtless with their remarks. regardless, keep up the awesome work and thanks for making the web a more colorful place to surf for art.
As pretty much everyone else has said you shouldn't bother with people like that, it's rather petty to have nothing better to do than attack someone for what they like to draw, I say just keep doing what you do, as what you do is awesome and needs to be around more :D
I must say I have always loved the shade of pink you use for your character, it makes him very eye catching but still extremely pleasing to the eyes, and the fluffiness of his neck and the back of his thighs just make him all the more lovable, and with that posing and clothes it gives a sense of an ad in a magazine, keep up the great work Gingertom :)!
