After saying for months that I wanted to do a husky tail, I finally just went for it. And this is what happened. ^_^
It's made of long pile, fluffy faux fur with a nice, tight curl to it. Can be worn by a pair of inch thick elastic belt loops.

Perhaps the next time I do a husky tail I will take WIP photos to show the pattern. But it is really quite simple, if you can make or find examples of the right kind of pattern. To do a two color tail like this one, it just takes double the pattern pieces (from 4-6 to 8-12 pieces, depending on how curly I'm making it) and some extra sewing.
