The group needs to get their hands on some sensitive government info concerning their situation; luckily, they receive a tip that someone who might be able to supply will be handing out awards at the next big race in Grand Celestre. With no team to speak of, the only capable (and supposedly eligible) racer out of the residents of the Maiden's Kiss, Tojhie, has to prove himself to one of the lowest ranked teams in the league, Aerolin Racing Co., in hopes of getting close to the winner's circle. The team owners set up a time trial run at the local practice track, both shocked and saddened to see the TT-ghost of a former teammate strut out ahead of their candidate...
