Phew! Another Wing-It done for my friend

The theme for this Wing-It was: Drowning In Shallow Water!
Man, I really challenged myself with this one. So many different things I either tried for the first time in this one or haven't done in a long time. I'm super satisfied with the end result though! I hope you all like it too!
Note is such a fun and loveable goofball~ They underestimated their size when trying to go after that glow-stick bracelet, and now are in a bit of trouble... Oh well! I'm sure they'll be fine, right? ^w^
