Initial sketch of Shattered Glass Starscream. He's a weapons developer, Sciencemeister, and overall smart guy of Megatron's crew.

He's the one who Blackarachnia came to when her techno-organic shell started to reject her. (I'll go into that when I design her). He is also worked with her to perfect Blitzwing's rather rare ability to change between three forms, though he still has yet to find out a safe way to implement this into willing Decepticons, being unwilling to put the embers of such 'bots at risk.

He's almost akin to G1 Wheeljack in his mentality... though when he gets serious, you could also compare him to reg-universe Perceptor... except with a personality.

oh yeah, and the kicker.. he believes in Megatron's cause with a passion, and has pledged his ability to him for as long as he continues to operate.
