New commission type for December (and other limited openings)

Quick turnaround, cheap, but the tradeoff is they’re slightly less polished than regular commissions, and I get artistic liberty and pick the character (which may result in commission decline at that time if I’m not vibing with the character).

You can provide as many or as few characters and info as you want c: I’ll show a sketch of course, to make sure character is accurate (Minor edits can be done at the end as well)
