I have no idea if this matches some real form of martial art and I was on vacation so I didn't want to bother looking it up, especially with limited nets.

Rest on your back foot, but give the impression you are standing with both feet (horse stance style). It gives you the freedom to do a quick kick and prevents sweeping the front foot. The hands seem open pawed but for the pose isnt bad for a block punch. But keep those elbows down girl, youll have it too easy to have your hands pushed away and get a smack.
As far as stance goes, you can always claim it's an ancient greek martial art. The (literally) only known stance from the martial art of Pankration is alot like this: Right leg back, all weight on it, left leg barely touching the ground, arms up to block or grapple.
Then again, in Pankration, stances were the least of your worries and pretty much could be made up on the spot. The real trick of the fighting style was the fact that while it favors grappling and what we now call greco-roman wrestling, it was alot like a Mixed Martial Arts match. Whatever won the match, that was what you used.

It looks like a normal fighting from horse stance: sans the back hand is not near her solar plexus to check incoming attacks; it also leave the back hand with a mechanical disadvantage to attack having it that far from her "center."
But it seems someone might have found an actual fighting stance identical to it!
It's fun pulling out obscure stances and motions. No one had yet to be able to name this stance: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3934272
