The phantom thief known as Felix Finn possessed the frightening ability to utilize his own ghostly powers to mummify humans and convert them into Yamask Morphs.

While this on its own would be considered troubling, there was also the fact that for a brief moment after these victims are transformed into Yamask, they would find themselves under Felix’s control, doing just about anything he ordered them to do.

Once the control faded, and Felix fled the location, the victim would experience a brief feeling of confusion while being left in a daze. The first known victim of Felix was a security guard by the name of Carlton, who was left feeling an intense guilt over helping a thief steal something he was supposed to guard. Similar instances and reports would soon follow. A wealthy jewelry collector forced into helping steal some of her own most valuable possessions, a young traveling trainer forced into temporarily aiding him, and even an avid comic collector who was made to give up several very rare first edition comics.

Due to all of this, it was decided that Felix was a threat to be fully wary of. Not just in Leazon, but if he also decided to flee to other regions as well.
