Mmm, just look at that shapely, rotund, soft, snoofable padded pony prosterior protruding profusely in poofy pride!

It seems as if Levin the Blitzle has stumbled across a dungeon's Poofy Pokepamps Trap Tile! One could be forgiven with thinking that he almost seems to do so purposefully, but he's just that unlucky! Or so he says, assuming his hooves haven't already found a Big Bottle trap to occupy his mouth~
As a semi-unrelated thing, a friend was asking me for help with developing a Nickit character and the thought of one being so skilled at theft that they could steal a Pokemon's fur pattern sprung to mind. From there I took a look at my blushing Blitzle, noticed his coat rings and, well... Enjoy the little fable I whipped up for it~
It's said that Nickit, patron of trickery, was hungry one day. They asked Blitzle, Lord of the lightning plains, for half of their oran berries, but Blitzle scoffed and said, "Already once have I granted you my berries, and when I awoke I found you smearing them upon my coat until it was as blue as the dusk clouds!" While he would not admit it, Blitzle had rather enjoyed the look of it, which is how we got shiny Blitzles, but that is a story for another time~
Nickit was about to go find another Pokemon who they might have yet to fool, and thus still be willing to share, when Blitzle made a parting boast: "But despite making my coat blue, my rings remained as white as the day I was born, not even you could tarnish them!" he declared with a whinny. Verily, the rings around Blitzle's body had indeed resisted all of Nickit's attempts to stain them, a fact that continued to confound Nickit.
But then Nickit had a most devious plan, for if they could not paint Blitzle's rings, then why not just steal them? So again the wily fox waited patiently for Blitzle to fall asleep in the midst of a calming lightning storm, the pounding rain and crashing thunder masking all sound of Nickit's already-silent approach and, quick as a lightning flash, they stole half of each of Blitzle's rings, for he had not shared half his berries!
And so now you know why a Blitzle's stripes only go halfway around their body, and if you should ever happen to see a Nickit wearing rings on their coat in a most smug manner, it's best to give them all your berries, lest you wake up to find something intrinsic missing...
There's a chance I might get a picture for that some other time and develop the fable more, but for now enjoy it when it's short and sweet~
