Long story short; I wanted to make Floaty a draconequus, because I think letting the belly-loving dummy have the power to do literally as he pleases would be fun.
I decided on more of a partial look, only changing the limbs really and adding a bit to the design here and there, but keeping an overall pony body shape.
I don't think this came out the best, but I do like I was going on. I'll probably iron the design out sometime in the future, but for now, this is the boy.
