this is Amelia, she is an Arapaima (da fish wit da thick red tail)

she has 3 devices on her: 2 expanders (one on her chest and the other one on the tail) which can expand a body part its on without limits and the user would still be mobile. the other device is her hairband, which makes her ponytail always float like its underwater.

She's rather timid, and while the devices she has are meant for military uses, she instead uses them for "other" reasons
